Lying on your back, kick alternately with your left and right heels against your buttocks, always keeping the alternate leg straight. Inhale as one heel kicks, exhale as the other kicks. Continue for 1-3 minutes.

What are your payment options?

We accept major credit cards - Visa or Master, Paypal, Cheque, Money Order or Bank transfer.

Cheque or M/O should be made payable to KENYA TEA BAGS LTD and posted with the order form to 8 AMAROO PARK DRIVE, ANNANGROVE, NSW 2156.

Please note for all Bank Transfers, please write your Order Number or Invoice Number in the reference field so as to assist us in processing the order efficiently.

Our Fixed rates are:
